Due to Twent’s open head, the amputee feels a bit of control and freedom rather than what Damien wants. Damien from time to time captures Twent so he could misuse Twent’s head so that the girl in Twent’s mind has control once the head is stitched.

A man who was mugged in the wasteland and cutted in several parts of his face and hands due to the thieves thinking his head pockets looked like bunny ears. The cuts were so brutal, he had his face open for several weeks until he found a medic. Now he stuck looking like this.
